Privacy Policy
Effective 16 October 2026
SKTR Athletics does not collect, send or sell any personal information. Your progress stays on your phone.
Who we are
SKTR Athletics is a track and field game made by SKTR Labs in Kingston, Jamaica. This policy covers the SKTR Athletics apps for iPhone and Android and the web version of the game.
What the game keeps, and where
To save your progress, the game stores the following on your own device:
- your athlete: the name you type and the look you pick
- your progress: levels, XP, medals, personal bests, records, achievements, gear and championship progress
- your settings, such as sound and vibration
This information never leaves your device through the game. We do not have servers that receive it and we cannot see it. In the iPhone and Android apps, a copy is kept in the phone's own app storage so your progress survives if the app's storage is cleared. That copy can be included in your phone's own backups (iCloud or Google), which Apple and Google handle under their own privacy policies.
What the game does not do
- no accounts or sign-in
- no advertising and no ad tracking
- no analytics or usage tracking
- no location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library access
- no in-app purchases
- no sharing of information with third parties
Sharing your results
When you tap Share after a result, the game makes a picture of your result on your device and opens your phone's share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose an app to share it with, and what happens then is up to that app.
The web version
The web version of the game is hosted by Vercel. Like any website host, Vercel may keep standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the service. We do not use those logs to identify you.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Deleting your data
Everything the game keeps is on your device. Use Reset progress in the game's settings to clear your progress, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever starts collecting information, we will update this page before that change reaches the app, and change the date above.
